01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

02 Eligibility

Access to the bom4d platform and all associated services is strictly limited to individuals who meet every one of the following criteria:

• You are a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust, or automated agent).
• You are at least 21 years of age. bom4d operates a strict 21+ age policy in recognition of Indonesian consumer protection standards. Age verification is conducted during registration and at the point of first withdrawal.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or proxy for a third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable national law beyond Indonesia.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the bom4d platform or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a bom4d employee in a role that could create a conflict of interest.

By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that all of the above conditions are satisfied and that the information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

03 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each Player may hold only one active Account on the bom4d platform. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds and bonuses held therein.

3.2 Registration Information

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. bom4d reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bom4d will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact bom4d support immediately via live chat or email.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

bom4d may request KYC documentation at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (KTP or passport), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used to fund the account. Withdrawals will not be processed until satisfactory KYC documentation has been received and verified. bom4d processes KYC documents within one (1) business day in the majority of cases.

3.5 Account Suspension During Review

bom4d reserves the right to temporarily restrict account functionality — including wagering, deposits, and withdrawals — while an identity or security review is ongoing. Players will be notified of any such restriction and provided with clear instructions on how to resolve it.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bom4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denom inated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the bom4d deposit and withdrawal pages at the time of the transaction. These thresholds may vary by payment method and are subject to change at bom4d's discretion with reasonable notice to Players.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits are credited to a Player's bom4d account balance as soon as the corresponding bank or e-wallet transfer is confirmed. For most Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri), confirmation occurs within minutes. bom4d charges no deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges, which remain your responsibility.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Players are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays in Indonesia. The majority of withdrawals are completed within 5–15 minutes of approval. In exceptional circumstances — for example, where a withdrawal triggers a routine security review — processing may take up to 24 hours. bom4d will communicate any delay to the Player via the contact method registered on the account.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's account must have passed KYC verification prior to the first withdrawal.
• The withdrawal must be directed to a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party payment instructions will not be accepted.
• Any active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the associated real-money balance becomes withdrawable. See Clause 5 for bonus terms.
• bom4d reserves the right to apply additional security checks to withdrawals of unusually large amounts, or where account activity suggests irregular patterns.

4.6 Refused and Reversed Transactions

bom4d reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or hold any deposit or withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, use of stolen payment instruments, or other prohibited activity. Any funds associated with such transactions may be withheld pending investigation and, where appropriate, reported to relevant financial intelligence authorities.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentives ("Bonuses") offered by bom4d are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of each promotion. Where any conflict exists between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term prevails for that particular offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion, Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry period will be stated clearly in the promotion description. bom4d does not apply hidden or retroactively altered wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to Players with a single registered account who meet the eligibility criteria for the specific promotion. bom4d reserves the right to withhold or reverse a Bonus where:

• The Player has registered multiple accounts to claim the same offer.
• There is evidence of coordinated or professional bonus abuse across accounts.
• The Player has breached any other clause of these Terms & Conditions.
• The deposit funding the Bonus was subsequently charged back or reversed.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not wagered within the stated expiry window will be removed from the Player's account automatically. bom4d is not required to notify Players individually prior to Bonus expiry; it is the Player's responsibility to monitor the validity period of any active Bonus.

5.5 Seasonal and Cultural Promotions

bom4d regularly offers promotional campaigns tied to Indonesian cultural events and national occasions — including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and other calendar milestones. These promotions carry their own specific terms, which are published on the platform at the time of the campaign.

06 Betting & Game Rules

6.1 Sportsbook

All sports bets are accepted subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, as published on the bom4d sportsbook pages. bom4d's sports betting offering covers BRI Liga 1 domestic football, international competitions including the EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and UEFA Champions League, as well as Timnas Indonesia fixtures, the AFF Cup, MotoGP (including the Mandalika circuit), badminton Grand Slams, and E-sports tournaments. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets are governed by the multi-selection rules displayed at the time of bet placement.

6.2 Live Casino

Live dealer games — including Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar, and Bandar Ceme — are governed by the rules of the individual game as set by the certified studio provider (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, or other stated studios). In the event of a technical failure during a live casino round, the round will be voided and all stakes returned, unless the game provider's own technical failure rules specify otherwise.

6.3 Slots and RNG Games

All slot titles and RNG-based table games on the bom4d platform use independently certified Random Number Generator technology. Game RTPs (Return to Player percentages) are sourced from provider documentation and are displayed in each game's information panel. bom4d does not modify the RTP settings of any third-party game.

6.4 Togel

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) is offered across Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Pools, and Sydney Pools draw formats. Draw results are sourced directly from the respective official pool operators and published on the bom4d platform as soon as results are verified. Stakes placed on togel markets are final once confirmed. bom4d will not accept claims of input error after a bet has been confirmed.

6.5 Void Bets and Disputed Outcomes

bom4d reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a palpable error in the published odds, a data feed error, or where the bet was placed after an event's outcome was already known. In all such cases, the Player's stake will be returned in full. Disputes relating to bet outcomes must be raised with bom4d customer support within 30 days of the relevant settlement date.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bom4d platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund an account.
• Money laundering: Using the bom4d platform to conceal, transfer, or legitimise the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Bonus abuse: Registering multiple accounts, using automated scripts, or coordinating with other users to exploit promotional offers.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting odds discrepancies across markets or platforms in a manner inconsistent with recreational betting behaviour.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players in live poker, casino card games, or any other competitive format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of automated tools: Deploying bots, scripts, screen-scraping software, or any automated mechanism to interact with the platform.
• Identity misrepresentation: Providing false registration details, impersonating another person, or submitting fraudulent KYC documents.
• Underage gambling: Accessing the platform while under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by a person under 21.

08 Responsible Gaming

bom4d is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We recognise that gambling, while an enjoyable form of entertainment for the vast majority of our Players, carries a risk of harm for a minority. The following tools and resources are available to all registered Players free of charge:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your account.

• Cooling-off period: Temporarily restrict your account from betting and deposits for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days).
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the bom4d platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one (1) business day and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the bom4d platform — including but not limited to the bom4d brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, and game presentation layers — is the exclusive intellectual property of bom4d or its licensed content providers. No Player or third party may reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any element of the Platform without prior written consent from bom4d.

Game content (slot titles, live dealer interfaces, and other casino products) is owned by the respective game studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe) and is licensed to bom4d for delivery to Players. Any unauthorised reproduction of game assets is prohibited under applicable intellectual property law.

10 Privacy & Data

bom4d collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bom4d will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification services, and fraud prevention providers strictly to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable obligations.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bom4d's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bom4d shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical failures, third-party infrastructure outages, or events beyond bom4d's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from compromised login credentials.
• The accuracy of data feeds for live sports events or lottery draw results sourced from third-party providers, provided that bom4d has taken reasonable steps to verify such feeds.

12 Termination

12.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your bom4d Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to uncompleted wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal verification procedures.

12.2 Termination by bom4d

bom4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — with immediate effect and without prior notice — where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, identity misrepresentation, breach of these Terms, bonus abuse, or any other prohibited conduct. In such cases, bom4d may withhold and forfeit all funds held in the account pending investigation.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Termination of an Account does not affect any rights or obligations of either party that accrued prior to the effective date of termination. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination indefinitely.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be interpreted in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law. bom4d operates as an internationally regulated platform and targets Players in Indonesia. By using this platform, you acknowledge that online betting is subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia and that you assume sole responsibility for determining and complying with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

Any unresolved dispute between a Player and bom4d shall first be referred to bom4d customer support for resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration administered under internationally accepted commercial arbitration rules.

14 Amendments

bom4d reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — for example, changes to withdrawal conditions, bonus terms, or eligibility requirements — bom4d will provide Players with at least 7 days' advance notice via email or an in-platform notification. Non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications of existing clauses) may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the bom4d platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the amendment takes effect.
